Join a fully remote locums Tele-Neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states, including coverage needs for facilities in the Yonkers, NY area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice, offering real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases (including stroke alerts) via a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Compensation & Engagement

• $210–$220 per hour
• 100% remote telemedicine
• Locums engagement with long-term assignments available
• Flexible full- and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Credentialing, licensing support, and reimbursement for additional state licenses as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations for emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular interventions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters timely and accurately in the EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support provided)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
