Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Littleton, NH (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate clinician to join our rural emergency department team in Littleton, NH. What you’ll do:

• Deliver emergency care to patients of all ages—perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and initiate appropriate treatments in a busy ED.
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Use sound clinical judgment and independent decision-making appropriate for a rural practice.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to help advance care delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Current NP or PA licensure in New Hampshire, or the ability to obtain it.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative attitude.
