Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Littleton, NH (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Emergency Medicine advanced practice provider to join our team in beautiful Littleton, NH. This is a full-time role in a well-supported rural emergency department where you’ll provide high-quality care, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver emergency medical care to patients of all ages—assessing, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, initiating treatment, and managing disposition.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Use strong clinical judgment to manage a variety of acute presentations and to work independently when needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to help shape departmental practice.

What we’re looking for

• Current NP or PA licensure in New Hampshire (or the ability to obtain it).
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• DEA registration.
• Comfort working independently in a rural setting and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
