CRNA – Independent Practice in Great Falls, MT | Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

Join an independent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT, delivering autonomous, full-spectrum anesthesia care on a single medical campus. This full-time role offers diverse cases, collaborative physician relationships, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Practice highlights:

• Independent CRNA model with collaborative physician backup
• Broad surgical mix: orthopedics (including spine), general surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics
• No cardiac or obstetric cases
• Active regional post-op pain management and ERAS programs

Facilities and workload:

• 5 hospital ORs, 4 outpatient surgery center ORs, and 1 endoscopy suite
• 2 catheterization labs
• Acute care hospital: 36 inpatient beds, 10-bed open ICU, 8-bed ED staffed by experienced clinicians
• Call: 1:9; rare callbacks and occasional post-call day off

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Montana CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Regional block skills and independent anesthesia practice experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient safety, and a team-oriented, dependable approach
