Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (Student Loan Repayment) — Benson/Douglas, AZ

We’re looking for a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Benson, AZ and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role you’ll manage and provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients within your scope, collaborating with our team to ensure positive outcomes and an excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients in your specialty
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and follow-up
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with practice protocols and state regulations
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and chronic disease management

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Arizona nurse practitioner license
• Board certification in the relevant specialty
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement
• Two years of clinical experience preferred
