Primary Care/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Boston; Serve Underserved Older Adults, Integrated Team (FT)

Seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide outpatient primary care in Boston, Brockton, or Lynn, MA. This role focuses on evidence-based care for older adults and diverse, underserved communities within an integrated, team-based practice.

• Compensation: $259,000–$270,000 plus full benefits

Requirements

• MD/DO with BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain certification within one year if BE)
• Active MA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care and comfort with EHRs/clinical technology
• Excellent communication skills; ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Preference for bilingual Spanish/English candidates
• Experience serving underserved populations and managing complex social determinants of health
• Ability to work effectively in a non-hierarchical, team-based environment; resilient and adaptable under competing priorities
• High ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality
