Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Boston Area, Minimal Call & High Earning Potential

Join a busy, well-supported outpatient team serving communities just south of Boston. Our practice is part of one of the state’s largest multi-specialty, multi-site physician groups and is conveniently located with easy highway access — less than an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

What the role offers

• Full-time outpatient position open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians. Recent 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Competitive compensation: base salary $250,000–$325,000 with upside potential to $600,000. After two years, earnings move to an RVU productivity model on top of base.
• Minimal call: only 1–2 days per month.
• Full benefits package, including occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
• CME support: one week off for CME plus up to $3,000 reimbursement.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Massachusetts medical license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
