Locum Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Community Health Center (Sierra Vista, AZ)

Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ seeks a Locum Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide outpatient adult primary care.

Schedule and Setting

• Flexible staffing: PRN, part-time, or full-time
• Shifts: half days or full days
• Practice: community health center / outpatient adult medicine
• Average patient volume: 3–4 patients per hour

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
