Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Sierra Vista, AZ (Sign‑On Bonus $25K)

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona

Overview:
Join a community health center providing primary adult medicine care to a diverse patient population. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care in an outpatient/community health setting.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary up to $310,000 plus quarterly productivity bonus
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care)
• Manage chronic disease and coordinate referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and communication abilities
