Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice licenses
• DEA certificate
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (required for behavioral health locations)

Experience & Skills

• Clinical experience treating adults with acute and chronic conditions; geriatrics experience preferred
• Proficiency in clinical methods and decision-making; ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and team members
• Basic proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation
• Comfortable using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
