Job Description

We are seeking a Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist to provide expert, compassionate care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders via a fully virtual model, increasing access to specialty neurology nationwide.

You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This role also includes clinical leadership responsibilities: supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.

Compensation & benefits

  • $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
  • Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Board Certification in Neurology
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
  • Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and team members
  • Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
  • Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice
  • Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
  • Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
