Job Description
We are seeking a Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist to provide expert, compassionate care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders via a fully virtual model, increasing access to specialty neurology nationwide.
You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. This role also includes clinical leadership responsibilities: supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & benefits
- $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
- Board Certification in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
- Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and team members
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
Preferred qualifications
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
