Internal or Family Medicine Physician — Tucson, AZ (Sign-On + Relocation)

We’re seeking a full-time Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our Community Health Center in Tucson, AZ. You’ll play a key clinical leadership role—working with and guiding professional support staff while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We welcome experienced clinicians (2–5 years preferred), new graduates, and J-1/H-1 visa candidates. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Compensation and perks

• Salary: $190,000–$246,120

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified, recertified, or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine (preferred)
• Licensed to practice in Arizona or able to obtain an Arizona medical license
• 2–5 years’ clinical experience preferred; experience in group practice is a plus
• BLS certification required
• Commitment to completing and maintaining annual CME requirements for licensure
• Professional licensure and DEA reimbursement
