Telehealth Cognitive & Behavioral Neurologist — Remote (US)

Provide expert, compassionate cognitive neurology care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related disorders via a fully virtual telehealth model, expanding access nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and manage complex neurodegenerative and cognitive disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and coordination of disease-modifying therapies when appropriate.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (APPs, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators) to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Supervise and provide clinical leadership to APPs across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, telehealth, and documentation standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, education, and case review activities as needed.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited neurology residency.
• Board certification in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
• Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and virtual communication.
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or equivalent.
• Experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models.
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
