Per Diem Hospitalist Physician — Littleton, NH (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine)

We are seeking a reliable Per Diem Hospitalist to provide coverage for PTO, FMLA, and vacation in Littleton, NH. This inpatient, hospital-based role focuses on delivering high-quality medical care while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities to pick up additional urgent care days/shifts are available if desired.

Compensation

• $120–$130+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Participate in discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
• Provide coverage for vacation and other planned absences as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum two years of hospitalist experience preferred.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current New Hampshire medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
