Job Description

Join an established, community-focused anesthesia practice serving Littleton, NH for over 100 years. This full-time employed CRNA role offers a strong patient base for a quick ramp-up and a collaborative team environment at a 25-bed critical access hospital.

Schedule and call

  • Call ratio: 1:7. Day-after-call coverage is required only as needed.
  • Clinical compensation for required work on a day-after-call or other additional workdays: $1,769.23 per day. This daily payment is in addition to the base salary when coverage exceeds the standard 1:7 schedule.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: $230,000 plus an $8,000 retention bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement

  • Additional support: relocation allowance, loan repayment, paid CME time, PTO

Minimum requirements

  • Current CRNA licensure from the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
  • Graduation from a nurse anesthesia program accredited by AANA/CANAEP (or predecessor/successor)
  • Certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (CCNA) or current re-certification
  • Valid DEA registration
