Rate: Travel: $1,450 / 37 hours

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, and patient education.
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
