Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- BLS and ACLS required
- Previous ICU or cardiac critical care experience preferred
- Strong hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring skills
- Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care to cardiac ICU patients
- Perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
- Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced life support therapies
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and titratable infusions
- Respond to cardiac emergencies and rapid changes in condition
- Collaborate with cardiology and critical care teams
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery
- Document care and patient status in the EMR
