Locums-to-Perm Geriatric/Family or Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician — Bronx & Brooklyn, NY

Join a warm, collaborative outpatient practice in New York that focuses on high-quality care for older adults. We’re looking for a compassionate locum-to-perm physician (transition expected within 3–6 months) who is board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics and who enjoys working in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

• Locations: Bronx and Brooklyn, NY
• Schedule: Predictable weekdays — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no inpatient duties)
• Setting: Outpatient, value-based care model
• Patient mix: Primarily geriatric patients, with expanding Internal Medicine care for adults 18+
• Caseload: Manageable patient volume (about 7–10 patients per day)
• Language: Spanish speaking preferred to better serve the community
• Start: Temp-to-perm (expected to convert within 3–6 months) with expedited credentialing
• Pay: $150 per hour

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A real commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to older adults
