Join a warm, patient-centered team in Hilo, HI, providing care across labor & delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings on a contract/travel basis. This role starts ASAP with varied shifts and offers $1,879 per 36-hour period.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Support and assist with labor and delivery activities, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Administer medications and necessary interventions; perform newborn assessments.
• Teach and support families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
• Accurately document care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, or nursery nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and solid patient-education skills.
• BLS and NRP required; ACLS is preferred.
