Travel RN - Float Pool / Med-Surg / Telemetry (Nights) — Kealakekua, HI (Contract)

Join a supportive team in Kealakekua, HI for a nights contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role covers float pool, med-surg, and telemetry units—perfect if you enjoy variety and working across different patient populations. The position is full-time (40 hours) with a pay rate of $2,564 per 40 hours.

What we’re looking for

• An active RN license in the practicing state.
• Clinical experience in med-surg, telemetry, or float pool nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for telemetry shifts.

What you’ll be doing

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs across different units.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient status, escalating care when needed.
• Teach patients and families about care plans and how to manage health after discharge.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to the workflows of each unit.
