Join a busy neonatal team in Johns Creek, GA as a locum tenens provider. This is an inpatient, supplemental coverage role in a Level III NICU that begins ASAP and continues on an ongoing basis. You’ll work 24-hour in-house call shifts, managing a typical patient census of 7–8 newborns and supporting a hospital that delivers about 1,100 babies per year.
What you’ll do:
- Provide care in a Level III NICU and manage healthy newborns on the mother–baby units
- Attend and support high-risk deliveries as needed
- Cover 24-hour in-house call shifts when scheduled
Facility highlights:
- Full hospital with 110 beds; NICU has 16 beds and is designated Level III
- Service setting: inpatient
- Coverage reason: supplemental (call only)
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided by the facility
Requirements:
- Active Georgia medical license or eligibility through IMLC
- Board certified in Neonatology
- Minimum one year of post-training experience
- NPDB report required
