Type: Contract/Travel — Flex Pool
Location: Hilo, HI
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM–5:15 AM (36-hour assignment)
Rate: $1,930 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license in practicing state
- Experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on unit assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs across assigned units
- Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and clinical emergencies
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows
