Compensation & Benefits

•       Base salary: $250,000 annually

•       Student loan repayment eligibility: FQHC status qualifies for federal and state loan repayment programs — potentially tens of thousands in relief annually

Practice Highlights

A primary care practice designed to let you actually practice medicine:

•       Outpatient only — no hospital rounding, no late-night admissions, no chaos

•       Patient volume: 16–18 patients per day — enough to keep you engaged, not enough to burn you out

•       Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional late days and 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

•       Full-spectrum primary care: pediatric and adult patients across the lifespan — for the physician who loves the full picture

•       Team-based clinical environment: you will not be practicing in a silo — you will have real support around you

•       Bilingual providers strongly preferred but not required

Requirements

•       Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics

•       Texas medical license required (or willingness to obtain)
