Job Description
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required
- Outpatient primary care Physician Assistant float role supporting clinics in DeLand, Deltona, Altamonte Springs, and Sanford
- Must live within the assigned floating service area (NE Orlando region)
- 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on value-based, patient-centered care and preventive health
- Small patient panels designed to support quality care and strong patient relationships
- No nights and no weekends
- Competitive compensation with quality-based performance bonus structure
