Family Medicine Physician — Adult Primary Care (Auburn, NY)

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join an established adult primary care practice in Auburn, NY. This role is ideal for a clinician who values continuity of care, efficient workflows, and collaborative support.

You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to an adult patient panel in an outpatient setting, managing both acute and chronic conditions while working closely with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Documentation and care coordination will be completed using the practice’s EMR.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses and preventive care
• Maintain an efficient schedule with ~15-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other clinicians to support continuity and quality of care
• Use EMR for documentation, orders, and care coordination

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills; ability to manage a high-volume panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
