PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Multiple Atlanta-Area Locations

We are seeking a motivated, flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who want schedule flexibility while remaining clinically engaged in a collaborative, patient-centered practice serving the Atlanta metro area.

Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA

PRN Schedule & expectations

• No minimum weekly commitment required
• Required: three full days of onboarding/training and completion of credentialing before scheduling shifts
• Provide availability in advance; shifts are assigned based on organizational needs
• Open shifts are posted; providers may pick up shifts that fit their schedule
• To maintain PRN status, clinicians should accept at least one offered shift per month, when available

Compensation

• Competitive pay commensurate with experience and local market rates

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Develop and implement patient‑centered treatment plans; order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Georgia regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
