Join a Keene, NH facility for a 9-week contract (non-travel) position beginning ASAP. This night-shift role works Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (32 hours/week). Local rate: $1,280/32 hours.

Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice
• Current BLS certification

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document ongoing condition, interventions, and patient education in the medical record.
• Safely administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring safety, supervising patient conduct, and enforcing facility policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records and other required documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
