You will:

• Perform thorough assessments, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with LTC regulations and facility policies.
• Educate residents and families about care plans, goals, and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and caregiving skills.
• BLS required; additional geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.
