Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license
• BSN or higher
• Previous nursing leadership experience (Director of Nursing preferred)
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, professional work environment
• Oversee and coordinate patient care, ensuring adherence to protocols and high-quality outcomes
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Develop and implement staff education and training programs
• Manage the nursing department budget and allocate resources responsibly
• Enforce hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Advocate for patients and address patient/family concerns
• Work with quality improvement teams to identify trends and implement care improvements
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and departmental activities
• Participate in strategic planning and other duties as assigned by management
