PACU RN Greeley CO (6/18/28) | $51.30/hr, Day Shifts, PACU/Periop Experience Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit team in Greeley, CO for a bundled contract running 06/01/2026–08/28/2026. This role is daytime, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a total of 65 scheduled shifts and a pay rate of $51.30/hr.

Schedule overview:

• June: weekdays from 6/1 through 6/30 (last week includes 6/29–6/30)
• July: a recurring pattern of Wed–Fri then Mon–Tue across the month (covers 7/1–7/31)
• August: weekdays from 8/3 through 8/28

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll be practicing.
• PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor patients immediately after anesthesia: assess airway, vital signs, pain, and overall status.
• Administer medications and interventions related to pain control and postoperative care.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when needed.
• Accurately document care in the chart and provide postprocedure and discharge education to patients and families.
• Work closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
