Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (10-hour shifts possible)

Patient Volume & Case Mix

• Average: 18 patients/day
• Mix of pediatrics and adults

Facility & Systems

• EMR: Epic
• Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs

Privileges & Credentialing

• Hospital privileges: Not required
• Temporary privileges: Not available
• Credentialing timeline: 30–60 days

Required Qualifications

• Board: BC/BE required
• State license: California
• DEA: Active DEA required before start
• Certifications: BLS
• Application: CV must include month and date for all employment and education; all gaps must be explained

Preferred Clinical Skills / Procedures

• Well-woman care
• IUD insertion/removal
• Newborn to adolescent care (birth–18 years)
• General outpatient primary care

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to pediatric and adult patients
• Manage chronic pain as part of clinical care
• Maintain accurate medical records; chart closure within 72 hours
• Meet minimum patient volume of 18 patients/day
• Comply with facility immunization requirements (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)
