• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with Wednesday 9am - 4:30pm
• Maximum 14 patients per day, 12 patients on Wednesday
• Outpatient clinic setting
• AuD certification required for independent practice
• No supervising physician required
• General ENT patient population
