Geriatric Medicine Physician with interest in outpatient geriatric value based care

Full-time employed position

Outpatient only setting

Join a well-established 12 provider practice

Site functions as a teaching location for medical residents

Focus on value based care with outcomes driven care plans

Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care

Lead or participate in initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness

Small patient panels with approximately 12 to 15 patients per day

Regular Monday through Friday schedule

Competitive salary around 250000 USD depending on experience plus bonus opportunity

Performance bonuses and potential profit sharing tied to practice success

Full benefits including comprehensive maternity and paternity leave

Located in Largo, Florida near attractions including Indian Rocks Beach, Largo Central Park, and the Florida Botanical Gardens
