Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Federal Way, WA | 42-Week Contract, Starts Sep 2026

We’re looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a team in Federal Way, WA, starting September 2, 2026, for a 42-week assignment. This is a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $59.60/hour local, with travel compensation at $60.50/hour.

You’ll use your SLP license to assess and treat a range of communication and swallowing disorders. Typical duties include comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing; diagnosing the type and severity of impairments; and developing individualized treatment plans. You’ll provide therapy focused on articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and dysphagia management, and you’ll teach patients and families practical strategies and exercises to support progress. Accurate, timely documentation and close collaboration with other healthcare team members are essential.

Requirement: valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
