LPN - 11-Week Contract Middletown, RI | $33.90/hr (Local) Thu-Fri-Sat Schedule, BLS Required

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team in Middletown, RI for an 11-week assignment starting May 21, 2026. This role follows a Thu–Sat schedule. Pay is $33.90/hour locally, with travel pay at $34.40/hour.

What you’ll need

• Current, active LPN license for the state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine, or provide a documented medical or religious exemption from their employer. Additional doses must be obtained when required by law.

What you’ll do

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Clean, dress, and manage wounds, watching closely for signs of infection or other complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs on an ongoing basis.
• Keep accurate patient records and educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
