• Flexible 40hrs per week with 4 10hr shifts preferred
• Open 8 am - 6 pm
• 18 - 21 patients per day average
• All ages including pediatrics and geriatrics
• 3+ years NP or PA family medicine experience required
• Strong family medicine skills for routine visits
• Hospital privileges required
• Women's health experience needed
