Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical, Days (St. Johnsbury, VT)

Join a team in St. Johnsbury, VT as a contract Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit. This is a travel opportunity starting ASAP with day shifts (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The assignment is 36 hours/week at a rate of $1,976 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and clear communication skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population.

What you’ll do

• Regularly assess patients and monitor vital signs, responding to changes in condition.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate important updates to the care team.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and self-care after discharge.
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate safe, effective patient care.

Schedule: Days, 7a–7p. Start date: ASAP. Location: St. Johnsbury, VT. Rate: $1,976/36-hours.
