Key requirements

Core responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and the care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records
• Provide clear education to patients and families about treatments and follow-up care
• Contribute to department quality improvement and safety initiatives
