Scope:
Provide nursing care in Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery/LDRP setting, covering labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in obstetrics, labor & delivery, or postpartum care preferred.
• BLS and NRP required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and fetal status throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist with labor management, deliveries, and postpartum care.
• Administer medications and interventions per protocol and perform newborn assessments.
• Educate mothers and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
• Accurately document care and communicate/collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
