Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Perioperative/Operating Room experience preferred
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and effective communication

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, supplies, and OR environment for surgical procedures
• Serve as circulating nurse or scrub as assigned; assist the surgical team throughout procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to OR protocols and safety standards
• Monitor patient status, administer medications as ordered, and respond to intraoperative changes
• Accurately document surgical care and perioperative events
• Provide pre- and post-operative education and instructions to patients and families
