- 24-hour call only with hospital rounding
- 10 - 14 shifts per month
- Unreferred inpatient ER call coverage and consults
- General urology focus
- Very few trauma cases
- Limited call backs for emergent situations only
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
