Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team in Chinle, Arizona, providing inpatient and outpatient care in a locum tenens role with potential to transition to a long-term contract. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with clinical coverage and call responsibilities. Weeknight call is phone/pager-based from 5:00 pm–8:00 am (15 hours), and weekend call is 24 hours. Providers must be able to respond on-site within 20 minutes when notified. Phone consults, rounding, and 100% direct patient care are required.
Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- Completion of 48 months of OB/GYN residency training
- Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current, unrestricted DEA license (schedules II–V)
- NPI number
- Minimum six months recent OB/GYN clinical experience
- No history of adverse medical board actions or license suspension/revocation
