Join a friendly, hospital-employed and independent primary care team serving Harrison and Mountain Home, Arkansas. This permanent, clinical-only opportunity is an outpatient Family Medicine role with a Monday–Friday schedule and ongoing coverage needs. Positions are available as retiring physicians transition out—several clinics are hiring to keep continuity of care for the community.

Where you’ll work

• Harrison, AR: Two clinics—one staffed by 2 family physicians and 2 APRNs (future retirement replacement), another with 1 family physician and 2 APRNs (retirement replacement). Additional resources in Harrison include an ASC, an imaging center, and three specialty clinics for easy referral and collaboration.
• Mountain Home, AR: A clinic staffed by 4 physicians and 1 APP, with an opening replacing a retiring physician.
• Practice opportunities include both hospital-employed and independent primary care settings.

Patients and practice

• Outpatient family medicine population providing general primary care.
• Case mix: typical Family Medicine—acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and continuity of care.
• Patient volume/census: to be determined.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Family Medicine required.
• Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility required; active DEA registration required.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in outpatient Family Medicine preferred.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care care.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
• Support continuity of care and preventive health initiatives.
