Full-Time Opportunity

• Seeking a physician with expertise in cognitive disorders, dementia evaluation, memory care, and neurodegenerative disease management
• Open to candidates trained in:
  • Geriatrican 
  • Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology
  • Geriatric Psychiatry/
  • Neuropsychiatry
• Candidates must possess:
  • MD/DO from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in their respective specialty
  • Completion of all credentialing and due diligence requirements
• Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience evaluating and treating dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurodegenerative conditions
  • Interest in multidisciplinary memory care and collaborative practice models
  • Strong patient-centered communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Desire to participate in program growth and development
