Seeking a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join a busy, physician-driven team with immediate patient demand and strong long-term earning potential.
Opportunity Highlights
- Join a respected 3 MD / 5 OD practice with 4 clinic locations and an on-site ASC
- Busy from day one with established referral base
- Approx. 1,500 surgical cases annually per provider with high cataract and LASIK volume
- Average 40–55 cases per day
- Full control over surgical block scheduling
- Practice-owned ASC and laser platform
Compensation & Benefits
- Partnership position
- Guaranteed base salary + production model
- Proven income potential exceeding $600,000+
- Signing bonus up to $200,000
