**About the Position**
An Ophthalmologist is sought to join a rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty eye care practice affiliated with a leading physician services organization across the Southeast. This opportunity offers strong surgical volume, partnership potential, and extensive administrative support.
-Full-time Ophthalmology opportunity
-Established surgical volume and patient base
-Multispecialty, multi-location practice environment
-Fully staffed offices with integrated EHR
-Strong clinical and operational support structure
-Partnership track available
**Practice Setting**
-Part of a large regional eye care network with 400+ ophthalmologists and optometrists
-Access to 260+ clinic locations and 20+ ambulatory surgery centers
-Corporate support services designed to reduce administrative burden and improve efficiency
-Strategic onboarding and physician support resources
-Leadership opportunities within a growing regional organization
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Competitive guaranteed base salary
-Sign-on bonus
-Monthly productivity bonus potential

-1–2 years for experienced physicians
-2–3 years for residents/fellows
