You'll join a highly reputable, physician-led multispecialty eye practice with 41 providers, 14 clinic locations, two surgery centers, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities throughout the network. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, strong surgical opportunities, excellent support staff, and the chance to build a long-term practice within a collaborative culture known for outstanding clinical outcomes and patient care.

Position Highlights

  • Comprehensive Ophthalmology opportunity within a well-established private practice serving the greater Atlanta market
  • 100% outpatient practice with approximately 35 patients per day
  • Initial surgical schedule of one surgery/laser day every other week, with opportunity to expand as volume grows
  • Expected surgical volume of 10-20 cases per week plus 8-15 laser procedures weekly
  • Practice call only, approximately six one-week assignments per year, with additional compensation provided
  • No hospital call requirements
  • Dedicated physician support including a lead ophthalmic technician, scribe, and additional technical staff based on volume
  • Access to two ambulatory surgery centers with a total of seven operating rooms

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with strong surgical skills and a patient-centered approach
  • 2027 graduating residents encouraged to apply; experienced physicians also welcome
  • Practice-building mindset with a desire to grow within a collaborative team environment
