Comprehensive Ophthalmology Opening in GA
Located in Marietta
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist to join practice.
- Immediate patient volume, strong surgical opportunities, excellent support staff, and the chance to build a long-term practice within a collaborative culture known for outstanding clinical outcomes and patient care.
- Comprehensive Ophthalmology opportunity within a well-established private practice serving the greater Atlanta market
- 100% outpatient practice with approximately 35 patients per day
- Initial surgical schedule of one surgery/laser day every other week, with opportunity to expand as volume grows
- Expected surgical volume of 10-20 cases per week plus 8-15 laser procedures weekly
- Practice call only, approximately six one-week assignments per year, with additional compensation provided
- No hospital call requirements
- Dedicated physician support including a lead ophthalmic technician, scribe, and additional technical staff based on volume
- Access to two ambulatory surgery centers with a total of seven operating rooms
- Opportunity to join a physician-engaged culture with strong leadership involvement and practice growth potential
- Competitive compensation with earning potential in the high percentiles
- Additional compensation for call coverage
- Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with strong surgical skills and a patient-centered approach
