Director of Nursing (RN, BSN) — Parkersburg, WV | $66/hr, 9-Week Leadership Role

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a team in Parkersburg, WV for a 9-week assignment starting May 25, 2026. This is a daytime role (07:00 shift) with a local pay package of $2,640 per 40-hour week ($66/hour).

What we’re looking for

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Prior nursing leadership experience — Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented medical or religious exemption from their employer. Additional doses are required where mandated by law.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor the nursing team to build a collaborative, positive work environment.
• Coordinate and manage patient care while following established policies and protocols.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Maintain quality assurance practices, regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Oversee and manage the nursing department budget efficiently.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
