Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious or medical exemption from their employer. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and implement nursing care; administer medications and obtain specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement interventions, monitor responses, and document progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing and medical records, including assessments, care provided, and patient education.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility policies and supervise patient conduct as appropriate.
